Package Details
Pedro Mandinga is the first Panamanian handcrafted raspadura (unrefined pure cane sugar) rum. We are proud and fascinated by our rums. Our process starts with the cane harvest, then the transport of the sugar cane to the trapiche (sugar mill), the raspadura (unrefined pure cane sugar) is included in the process, cooking for hours, starting the process of fermentation and distilling and finally the dilution. We start bottling and aging for ten years for the final taste.
The visit takes approximately 2 hours, and you will receive a welcome drink, and we will experience the processes of Rum. In the end, you will taste our products, traditional local beer, and Pedro Mandinga Rum.
